    Services We Provide

The 10 Behaviour Support Specialists provide clinical expertise, hands-on coaching and direct support in developing personalised behaviour management strategies. They work in close partnership with the specialist support staff to implement positive behaviour support plans and monitor their effectiveness.
The two Team Leaders oversee the day-to-day scheduling, deployment and performance management of the support workers. They provide supervision, lead team meetings, carry out spot checks, and ensure care guidelines are followed consistently. Across all services, the management team operates an open door policy and is committed to being visible, accessible and present across all care settings on a regular basis.
