FAQ’s

What is domiciliary healthcare?

Domiciliary healthcare refers to medical and non-medical care provided in a patient's home to help them with their daily activities and medical needs, allowing them to remain independent and comfortable in their own environment.

Our services include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and respite care.

We provide services 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Our office hours for inquiries and scheduling are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and healthcare assistants, depending on your care needs.

The frequency of visits depends on your personalized care plan, which is based on your medical and personal needs. Visits can range from a few hours a week to full-time care.
